Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to eligible travel reservations arranged through Vasilica Fly Deals, operated by Travel Gallop Co. Refund, cancellation, change, and travel-credit eligibility is determined by the applicable travel product, supplier rules, and applicable law.

Supplier Rules Apply

A reservation may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, changeable with a penalty, eligible for future travel credit, or restricted from voluntary changes. Vasilica Fly Deals cannot override supplier fare or product rules except where required by law.

Airline Tickets

Airline ticket cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare rules associated with the ticket. Discounted, promotional, basic-economy, and other restricted fares may have significant limitations.

Legally Required Cancellation or Refund Rights

Some reservations may qualify for cancellation or refund rights under applicable law or a supplier's own policy. Where a legally required right applies to a reservation arranged through Vasilica Fly Deals, we will handle the request in accordance with that requirement.

Voluntary Cancellations

When you voluntarily cancel a reservation, any refund or travel credit is determined by the applicable supplier's rules. Supplier penalties, fare differences, and disclosed Vasilica Fly Deals service fees may apply. A cancellation is not complete until it has been processed and confirmed.

Supplier Cancellations and Significant Changes

If a supplier cancels a service or materially changes it, you may have additional rebooking, refund, or credit options under applicable law and the supplier's policy. Vasilica Fly Deals may assist with eligible requests but does not control supplier operational decisions.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, timing can depend on the supplier, payment processor, customer's financial institution, original payment method, and applicable legal requirements. Supplier-controlled refunds may require the supplier to release funds before processing can be completed.

Original Form of Payment

Unless otherwise required or agreed, eligible monetary refunds are generally returned to the original form of payment. Travel credits, vouchers, certificates, or other non-cash value may have separate expiration dates and use restrictions.

Service Fees

Vasilica Fly Deals may charge disclosed fees for booking, ticketing, modification, cancellation, fulfillment, or other agency services. Unless otherwise required by law or stated during the transaction, a service fee may remain non-refundable after the associated agency service has been performed, even when a supplier later refunds its own portion of a reservation.

No-Shows

Failure to cancel before the supplier's deadline may result in a no-show. This can lead to loss of ticket value, cancellation of remaining itinerary segments, or loss of refund or credit eligibility.

Partially Used Travel

Refunds for partially used tickets or services are subject to supplier rules and applicable law. Any refundable amount may differ from the apparent value of an unused segment.

Duplicate Bookings

Contact us promptly if you believe a duplicate reservation was created. Refund or cancellation treatment remains subject to applicable supplier rules unless otherwise required by law.
