1. Agreement to These Terms

Vasilica Fly Deals is operated by Travel Gallop Co. (“Vasilica Fly Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply when you use VasilicaFlyDeals.com or arrange eligible travel services with us through the website, telephone, email, or another supported channel.

By submitting a booking request, purchasing travel, or authorizing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable terms of the airline or other travel supplier.

2. Our Role

Vasilica Fly Deals acts as a travel intermediary. We may assist with flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, rail services, packages, and other travel products supplied by independent third parties. The airline, hotel, rental-car company, cruise line, rail operator, tour operator, or other supplier remains responsible for providing its travel service.

3. Traveler Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler information, including names exactly as they appear on the travel documents that will be used for the trip. Name corrections or changes after booking or ticketing may be restricted, unavailable, or subject to supplier charges.

4. Prices, Availability and Ticketing

Travel prices and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed and, when applicable, ticketed. A search result, quote, itinerary, or booking request does not by itself guarantee a fare. Unless otherwise stated, prices on the U.S.-market Vasilica Fly Deals website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

We may correct obvious technical, typographical, inventory, or pricing errors. If a fare becomes unavailable before ticketing, we may contact you with available alternatives rather than complete the transaction at an erroneous or unavailable fare.

5. Payment Authorization

By providing a payment method and approving a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize the disclosed charges connected with the reservation. Depending on the booking, the total may appear as one or more separate transactions from a travel supplier, Vasilica Fly Deals, or an authorized payment processor.

6. Service Fees

Vasilica Fly Deals may charge disclosed booking, fulfillment, modification, cancellation, support, or other agency service fees. Where a Vasilica Fly Deals fee applies, it will be disclosed before the customer authorizes the applicable charge. Supplier penalties, fare differences, and supplier fees may apply separately.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, change, refund, and travel-credit eligibility depends on the rules attached to the product purchased, the applicable supplier's terms, and applicable law. Some reservations are non-refundable or non-changeable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for additional information.

8. Supplier Schedule Changes and Disruptions

Travel suppliers may change schedules, equipment, routes, airports, connection times, or other parts of a trip. Vasilica Fly Deals does not control supplier operational decisions. When we receive notice of a supplier change, we may assist with available options, but eligibility for rebooking, credit, or refund is determined by supplier rules and applicable law.

9. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying the passports, visas, transit documents, permits, health documentation, and other documents required for their trip. Requirements can change and should be verified with the appropriate government authorities before travel.

10. Baggage, Seats and Optional Services

Baggage allowances, seat assignments, meals, priority services, upgrades, loyalty benefits, and other optional services are controlled by the applicable supplier. Additional supplier charges may apply. A request is not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier.

11. Special Requests

Customers needing wheelchair assistance, special meals, infant services, pet transportation, or other accommodations should notify us as early as possible. We can communicate eligible requests, but fulfillment remains subject to supplier capabilities, policies, and applicable law.

12. Assisted and Telephone Bookings

These Terms also apply to eligible bookings arranged through telephone, email, or assisted-sales channels. Customers should review the itinerary, traveler information, total price, and material booking conditions before providing authorization.

13. Electronic Communications

By providing an email address or telephone number in connection with an inquiry or reservation, you consent to transactional communications reasonably necessary to service that request or reservation. Marketing communications, when used, are handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

14. Fraud and Security

We may perform reasonable identity, payment, or reservation verification. Where permitted by law, we may pause, decline, or cancel a transaction that we reasonably believe involves unauthorized payment activity, inaccurate information, fraud, or unlawful activity.

15. Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe a Vasilica Fly Deals-related charge is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable payment-card, banking, consumer-protection, or other laws.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website or booking process may use websites, booking systems, payment processors, maps, analytics, communications services, or other services operated by third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Vasilica Fly Deals is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers or for events outside our reasonable control, including supplier operational delays, cancellations, baggage handling, strikes, weather events, government actions, or similar disruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may not misuse VasilicaFlyDeals.com, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent information, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Vasilica Fly Deals branding, website content, graphics, software, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except where identified material belongs to third parties.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. The version posted on VasilicaFlyDeals.com will apply as permitted by law.

20. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Your transaction may be subject to federal, state, local, international, supplier-specific, or payment-network requirements depending on the itinerary, product, customer location, and payment method. These Terms do not eliminate any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
